Shipping & Returns
Silsila currently ships most orders with USPS or Fedex. For select UK nikahnama and waladnama orders, we ship from the UK with Royal Mail, to deliver more quickly.
Silsila is not responsible lost or delayed packages once they have been submitted to the post office and are in transit.
International ShippingWe offer FedEx international shipping across the globe for most products. Silsila is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays.

Personalized Order Processing
Below are our shipping and processing times for standard Silsila deliveries. If your order is time sensitive please e-mail us (info@thesilsila.com) before placing your order. We can generally ship using overnight express with a small expedite fee.

Expedited Shipping
Please contact us at info@nikah-nama.com for specific delivery rates if you'd like an expedited order, please include your location and nikah date. Here are some turnaround times for expedited orders, but please check with us to confirm these turnaround times:

Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (though shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. This does not apply for personalized orders.
Personalized orders are non-refundable after order confirmation. Upon final approval of your personalized order we cannot accept returns due to any and all errors (such as misspelled words etc.). By approving your final proof you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, we are required to charge for a reprint.
Should you decide to cancel your order after receiving the proof, we can issue a partial refund. Please note that a cancellation fee of $15 to $50 will be retained to compensate the designer for their time, based on the complexity of the design selected.
